White-label delivery

White-label delivery is work performed by a partner under a provider’s own brand, in its formats and to an agreed standard, invisible to the client and bound not to compete for the relationship.

Extended definition

In more detail.

Security providers and managed service providers use it to extend capacity and to obtain independent validation their clients receive as the provider’s own. It differs from subcontracting, where the third party is visible under its own name. The arrangement depends on written confidentiality, non-solicitation and non-compete terms, an agreed standard of work, and the provider’s review before anything reaches the client.
