Client evidence preparation
Client evidence preparation assembles and verifies, on a partner’s behalf, the security evidence a partner’s client needs for its own customers, insurers, auditors or regulators: control descriptions, configuration evidence, monitoring records, test results and the documents that prove the partner’s service meets the standard the client has promised to others. It is needed when a client receives questionnaires it cannot answer about services the partner delivers, when the client’s insurer asks for evidence of managed controls, or when the partner is asked the same questions by many clients and answers them from scratch each time. The work produces a reusable evidence set for the partner’s service, client-specific packs mapped to each request, and the verification that every item is current.

Questions
Asked before engaging.
Will the same evidence serve several clients?
Mostly, yes. The reusable set answers the common questions; client packs add what is specific.
Who answers for controls the client owns?
The client. The gap note makes the split explicit so neither party claims the other’s controls.
Does this help the partner win deals?
Partners report that a credible, ready evidence set shortens security reviews. We do not make claims about outcomes; the evidence speaks for itself.
