AI evidence pack for customers and regulators

An AI evidence pack assembles the documentation customers, regulators, insurers and auditors now ask for about an organization’s use of AI: the inventory, the policy, the supervision arrangements, the vendor reviews, the impact assessments, the training records and the alignment to recognized frameworks, organized so a reviewer can find what they need without a meeting. It is needed when customer questionnaires have started to include AI sections, when a regulator or industry body requests the organization’s AI governance, when an insurer asks about AI in underwriting, or when a sales process stalls on an AI question nobody can answer. The pack produces an indexed set of verified evidence, standard answers to common questions, the gaps where evidence does not yet exist, and a maintenance routine.

  • Evidence collection: inventory, policy, supervision, vendor reviews, assessments, training

Questions

Asked before engaging.

What if we have little governance in place?

The pack shows that honestly and becomes the plan. Customers respond better to a credible gap list than to vague assurances.

Can the pack be shared directly with customers?

Yes. A customer edition without internal detail is prepared where needed.

How does this relate to security evidence preparation?

Same discipline, applied to AI governance. The two packs are often maintained together.
