Dashboard
The dashboard gives the organization a single, current view of the measures that matter, drawn from the same definitions as the monthly report: AI share of voice and citations, organic and AI-referred traffic, inquiries by source, cost per qualified inquiry, paid spend, pages published and refreshed, performance and security posture. It is needed when data lives in several platforms with different definitions, when leadership wants to look between monthly reports, when several people need the same numbers without asking, or when a vendor’s dashboard shows its own favorable metrics rather than the organization’s. The work produces a dashboard built on the baseline definitions, connected to the sources, accessible to the people who need it, and maintained so that it stays accurate.

Questions
Asked before engaging.
Does the dashboard replace the monthly report?
No. The dashboard shows current numbers; the report interprets them and recommends. Both use the same definitions.
Who owns the dashboard?
You do. It is built in your accounts, and the connections are documented so it outlives the engagement.
What if a data source breaks?
Quality checks alert on it, and the dashboard shows the gap rather than silently displaying wrong numbers.
