Privacy evidence and audit preparation
Privacy evidence and audit preparation assembles and verifies the records that demonstrate a privacy program operates: the inventory, notices, procedures, assessments, agreements, training, request handling and breach records, organized for the regulator, customer, auditor or certification body that will examine them. It is needed before a regulatory audit or investigation, a customer privacy review, a certification against a privacy standard, or a due-diligence process, and whenever the program exists but its evidence is scattered. The preparation produces an indexed evidence pack mapped to the obligations, a readiness review that finds gaps before the examiner does, standard answers to common questions, and a maintenance routine so the pack stays current.

Questions
Asked before engaging.
Can one pack serve HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA?
Largely. Obligations overlap, and the index maps each item to every regime it satisfies.
What does a regulator ask for first?
Typically the risk analysis or records of processing, policies, training records and breach documentation. The pack is built in that order.
Do you create records that do not exist?
No. Missing records are listed as gaps with the action to produce them properly.
