Evidence collection and audit preparation
Evidence collection and audit preparation gets an organization ready for a specific audit: the certification body’s visit, a customer audit, a regulatory examination or an internal audit with external consequences. It is needed when an audit date is set and the evidence is scattered, when the last audit produced findings that must be shown closed, or when staff have never been through an audit and do not know what to expect. The preparation produces an evidence pack mapped to the audit’s criteria, a readiness review that finds the gaps before the auditor does, briefed staff who know what will be asked and how to answer with evidence, and a logistics plan for the audit itself so the days go smoothly.

Questions
Asked before engaging.
Will you be present during the audit?
Yes, where you want us to be. Many clients prefer us in the room to field technical questions.
What if the readiness review finds serious gaps?
You learn early enough to fix them or to reschedule. That is the point of a readiness review.
Does this apply to customer audits?
Yes. Customer audits are often less structured than certification audits, which makes preparation more valuable, not less.
