Multi-location operational support
Multi-location operational support provides partners with consistent security and infrastructure operations across clients or sites spread over several regions: standardized procedures, coordinated field and remote work, local presence where it is required, and a single reporting line back to the partner. It is needed when a partner wins a client with many locations, when a partner’s own staff are concentrated in one region, when a client requires local support in each market, or when operational quality varies from site to site. The support produces a site inventory with the services and requirements at each, standardized runbooks applied everywhere, scheduled and on-demand support per site, and consolidated reporting that lets the partner manage the whole estate as one.
