Reporting for boards and investors
Reporting for boards and investors presents the growth program’s evidence at the level a board, an investment committee, a lender or an acquirer needs: whether demand is becoming an owned asset rather than rented attention, what the organization’s visibility position is against its market, what paid spend has done and should do, and what the content, site and entity assets are worth as assets. It is needed when a board asks what the marketing budget buys, when investors assess whether growth is durable, when a sale or financing process examines the demand engine, or when leadership wants the program’s results presented with the discipline of a financial report. The reporting produces a board edition of the evidence in a stable format, the asset view, the trend, and the presentation where required.

Questions
Asked before engaging.
Can investors verify the numbers?
Every figure has an evidence index. In a diligence process the measurement data and method are made available under the usual terms.
Is this the same as the monthly report?
It is built from it, at board altitude: fewer numbers, more meaning, the same evidence behind them.
Why would an acquirer care?
Because a demand engine that works without paid spend is an asset, and one that collapses when spend stops is a liability. The report shows which you have.
