Confidentiality by default
We do not name clients, publish case studies with logos or disclose who we work with. Here is what we publish instead and why.
We do not name clients, display logos, publish testimonials or describe engagements in a way that identifies the organization, unless a client asks us to in writing for a specific purpose. Assurance work exposes an organization’s weaknesses; growth work exposes its strategy; white-label work is invisible by agreement. Confidentiality is the condition under which that work is possible. What we publish instead is the method, the standards, the evidence of our own practice on this site, and anonymized case notes reviewed by the client before publication, which show the pattern of situation, constraint, action and verified result without the name.
In detail
What the evidence shows.
Why no names
A security client’s findings are, by definition, what it does not want public. A growth client’s prompt set and strategy are competitive. A partner’s clients do not know we exist, by design. Naming any of them would breach the trust the work depends on and would tell the next client what we do with theirs.
What the prospective client can see
This site: the method, the capability pages, the editorial standards, the comparisons and notes, each verified and signed, which show how we think and what we hold ourselves to. The evidence hub, with anonymized case notes. A conversation in which we describe relevant patterns without identifying anyone. References, where a client has agreed to speak, arranged individually.
Case notes without names
Situation, constraint, action, verified result, what carried over. Industry and size stated in ranges; dates and figures as the client permits; the client reviews before publication. The pattern is what a prospective client needs; the name is what a current client needs withheld.
Inside the engagement
Confidentiality terms are in every agreement. Access is least-privilege and removed at the end. Client material is retained only as long as the work and the law require. Our own privacy and data governance follows the standard we sell. See the evidence hub, why we deliver under the client’s name and privacy and data governance.
