Board report template for AI visibility
A board does not need forty metrics. It needs to know whether demand is becoming an owned asset, where the organization stands against its market, what paid spend is doing and what decision is required. This template gives the report a structure that stays the same quarter after quarter.
How to use it
Before the first step.
- One page per section at most; the appendix carries the evidence index.
- Use the same definitions as the monthly evidence report and the baseline.
