Can you guarantee citations or leads?
No. Nobody controls what an answer engine cites or what a buyer does, and a firm that guarantees outcomes it cannot control is either planning to redefine the outcome or planning to disappoint. What we commit to is the method, the baseline measured before work begins, an honest statement of the citation lag, measurement with a stated method, and a monthly report that says what happened, including bad months. Our plans are a flat fee with a twelve-month minimum precisely so that the recommendation to reduce paid spend, or to change course, is made on evidence rather than to protect a guarantee.

The reasoning.
A guarantee of rankings, citations or leads is a familiar sales device in this field, and it is usually backed by a definition of the outcome that the vendor controls: a count of platform conversions, a ranking for an obscure term, a mention in a prompt chosen after the fact. We decline to offer one because the honest version would be worthless and the dishonest version would be a lie.
What can be relied on: a baseline audit that shows where the organization stands; a prompt set built from real buyer questions and versioned; share of voice measured by repeated runs across engines; qualified inquiries counted by source and reconciled against the inquiries the business received; cost per qualified inquiry by source; and a report every figure of which can be traced.
What we decline, and why, is published. See what we decline, how to measure AI share of voice without fooling yourself and the monthly evidence report.
