Can you work under our MSP’s brand?

Yes. A large share of our security work is delivered under a partner’s brand: assessments, audit preparation, evidence packs, field engineering, multi-location support and reporting that the partner’s client receives as the partner’s own. The arrangement is written before the first engagement: confidentiality, no solicitation of the partner’s staff, no competition for the client, ownership of deliverables, and the partner’s review before anything is delivered. Reporting uses the partner’s identity and formats with our method underneath. We never contact the client except as the partner directs, and never to sell.

In more detail

The reasoning.

Providers use white-label delivery to extend capacity and to obtain independent validation their clients receive as the provider’s own, which the provider could not credibly produce about its own work. The client is better served by one accountable provider than by a parade of visible subcontractors.

Where a client wants a named independent party, we can be that party for the partner’s client or for the partner itself; the decision is the partner’s.
