How do you keep client work confidential?
By default and by design. We do not name clients, display logos, publish testimonials or describe engagements in a way that identifies the organization unless a client asks us to in writing for a specific purpose. White-label work is invisible by agreement. Confidentiality terms are in every engagement; access to client systems is least-privilege and removed when the work ends; client material is retained only as long as the work and the law require. What we publish instead is the method, the standards, the evidence of our own practice on this site, and anonymized case notes reviewed by the client before publication.
In more detail
The reasoning.
Assurance work exposes an organization’s weaknesses, growth work exposes its strategy, and a partner’s clients do not know we exist. Naming any of them would breach the trust the work depends on and would tell the next client what we do with theirs.
A prospective client can see how we think from this site, read anonymized patterns in the evidence hub, and, where a client has agreed to speak, be introduced for a reference individually.
See confidentiality by default, why we deliver under the client’s name and the evidence hub.
