Prompt set
A prompt set is the defined, versioned collection of buyer questions against which an organization’s AI visibility is measured.
Extended definition
In more detail.
The set is built from the questions real buyers ask, in their words, at each stage of a decision, drawn from sales conversations, support records, search queries and forums. Prompts are grouped into clusters by intent and service, run on a schedule across the named engines, and versioned so that changes are recorded and trends remain comparable. A prompt set measures your buyers; generic industry prompts measure a market.
In our work
Where it appears.
Prompt set design precedes any share-of-voice measurement and is reviewed as buyer language changes.
