What do we own at the end?
Everything, from the first day rather than at the end. The site and its repository, the build pipeline and documentation, every page and its sources, the author profiles, the advertising accounts and their history, the analytics and measurement data, the prompt set and the dashboards are created in your name or transferred to it at the start. Our terms say so and our exit planning verifies it: ownership is confirmed when the engagement begins, documentation is maintained throughout, and the handback on exit is a package with a transition period rather than a negotiation.
In more detail
The reasoning.
The usual failure in this field is accounts held in the agency’s name, content the client cannot export, and knowledge that leaves with the vendor. Each is avoidable only if ownership is established at the start, which is why we treat it as a setup step rather than an exit step.
A static site makes this concrete: the whole site is files in a repository you own, with a build you can run. There is no platform to migrate away from. Measurement is built in your accounts with documented connections. The paid account was always yours.
