What is the minimum term?
Growth plans carry a twelve-month minimum term on a flat monthly fee, published as starting prices on the plans page, because citations build over months rather than weeks and a shorter term would either promise what the method cannot deliver or end before it works. Security and governance work is scoped per engagement, such as a readiness program with a defined assessment date, or as a standing arrangement for managed operations, operational support or partner delivery, with terms stated in the proposal. Whenever an engagement ends, everything is already in your name and the handback is planned from the start.
In more detail
The reasoning.
The twelve-month minimum is an honest statement about the citation lag. We set the baseline before publishing, expect the first measurable movement around the third month and judge the program at six and twelve months.
What each plan includes in detail is set out in a confidential proposal, because the right scope depends on the organization; the plan names, starting prices, the flat fee and the minimum term are public.
