FAQPage schema
FAQPage schema is structured data that marks a page’s questions and answers explicitly, so engines can read each pair as a unit.
Extended definition
In more detail.
Each question and its accepted answer are stated in the markup, matching the visible text on the page. Answer engines retrieve question-and-answer pairs readily because they map directly to the questions users ask. The markup must mirror the page; questions in the schema that are not visible, or answers that differ, are treated as misleading. Short, direct answers perform better than long ones.

Where it appears.
Capability pages and industry editions on this site carry FAQPage schema generated from the same question-and-answer pairs shown on the page.
